By using the services provided by PowerHUB Homes LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided

PowerHUB Homes LLC provides energy solutions for residential and light commercial properties, including but not limited to:

EV Charger Installation
Backup Generator Installation
SmartPanel Installation (featuring Eaton, Leviton, and Span products)

We serve the Metro Detroit area and reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full on the same day services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon.
Deposits may be required for larger projects and are non-refundable.
We accept credit cards, checks, and cash.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

A 5-business-day notice is required for cancellations.
A 25% cancellation fee applies to cancellations made within the required notice period.
Deposits are non-refundable.

5. Warranties and Liability

We provide a 6-month workmanship warranty for services rendered.
Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and equipment installed by us.
Liability for damages is limited to the cost of the services provided.
We are not responsible for damages caused by external factors, including misuse, negligence, or weather-related incidents.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the successful delivery of our services, customers are responsible for:

Providing clear access to the worksite, including driveways, entryways, and utility areas.
Ensuring the removal of obstacles that could delay or hinder the installation process.
Providing accurate and complete information about the property and project requirements.
Obtaining necessary permits unless otherwise agreed upon.
Maintaining installed equipment as per manufacturer guidelines.
Notifying us of any scheduling changes at least 5 business days before the appointment.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of PowerHUB Homes LLC and is protected by copyright laws. It may not be copied, reproduced, or used without explicit written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Michigan.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services or agreements at our discretion for reasons including, but not limited to:

Non-compliance with these Terms of Service.
Safety concerns.
Non-payment of agreed fees.

10. Dispute Resolution

We encourage disputes to be resolved through mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action. This helps ensure an efficient and amicable resolution process.
